CollegeCliques.com may review and delete any content,
messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "content") which might be offensive,
obscene or harmful wherein jeopardizing the safety of other members. You take
sole responsibility for all content published, displayed, (hereinafter, "post")
or transmitted to other members. By posting content to any public area of
CollegeCliques.com you automatically release such information for non-exclusive
worldwide license and authorization wherein. Following is a partial list of
prohibited content that is considered in violation and will result in membership
termination. CollegeCliques.com reserves the right to take legal action in its sole
discretion against any one who disrupts this provision:
Blatant innuendos
promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against another
party. Harassment to another person/party. Unsolicited mass mailing and/or
"spamming" involving the transmission of "junk mail and/or chain letters" is
strictly prohibited. Informative conduct promoting abuse, obscenity, defamatory,
or libelous actions. Duplication of copyright work including pirated programs
and/or links, pirated music and/or files, and circumvent manufacturer/installed
copy/protect devices. Restrictions or password only access pages are prohibited.
Profanity, pornography, violent, or sexually content is prohibited to all
parties including those under 18 years of age. Illegal documentation on privacy
violations, illegal weapons, and computer viruses. Solicitation of passwords
and/or personal identification information is prohibited. Unlawful organized
activities and/or sales including but not limited to advertising, sweepstakes,
pyramid schemes, contests, and bartering are prohibited. All members/users must
abide by any applicable laws and regulations. Member profiles should not reveal telephone numbers, street addresses, last
names, or E-Mail Addresses.
There is no advertising, solicitation,
buying/selling of services, junk E-Mail, chain letters, harassment, abusive or
harmful in nature accepted on the service. Therefore, CollegeCliques.com reserves the
right to restrict the number of E-Mails transmitted between members in any given
24 hour period, wherein deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

Copyright infringement constitutes posting,
distributing, reproducing any or all material, trademarks, or other proprietary
information without prior written consent to appropriate party involved. If you
believe you are a victim of such, please forward your statement to our copyright
agent.
Disputes
CollegeCliques.com reserves the right to monitor
disputes between members, however is under no obligation to do so. You are
solely responsible for such communications. Additionally, all dispute matters
will be referred to the governing laws of the State of New Jersey in which you
agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in the State of New Jersey and federal
courts.
Proprietary Rights
The CollegeCliques.com Web Site and Service
retains all proprietary rights containing copyrighted material, trademarks, and
the like. No such information may be copied, modified, published, transmitted,
distributed, performed, displayed, and/or sold.
Non-Commercial Use
The Web Site is solely for personal use
and cannot be used in connection with commercial business. Organizations and/or

attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of
the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this

Miscellaneous
This agreement remains in full force between
you and CollegeCliques.com upon membership regardless of any provisions concerning
its validity.
